The MedStream Network (MedStream) is a new broadcasting streaming network that is currently under construction and designed to be placed on the Roku Firestick, Amazon Fire-stick, Apple TV streaming services. Roku Firestick with over 400+ million platform visits every month and Amazon Fire-stick with its 200+ million customers are excited to introduce the MedStream network. The primary mission of MedStream is to bring all medical services to our patients' homes. 91% of prescription purchasers in the U.S. travel to Walgreens or CVS to pick-up their drugs before returning home. Additionally, 91% of medical patients setup their doctors appointments, travel to those appointments, before returning home. MedStream will turn the entire medical industry on its head! Our patients will initially contact one of our tele-health medical professionals about their medical concerns. If you need a prescription filled we will process your prescription and mail it to you ASAP. If you need your prescription immediately; we will arrange for your prescription to be delivered within one hour. If you need a prescription issued immediately, if appropriate, our telehealth medical professional will issue an appropriate prescription medication at that time.

If our patients need any type of test administered, MedStream will schedule an appointment and have a medical technician, nurse or doctor come to your home to administer your test or examination in an expeditious manner. We accept most types of insurance and have very reasonable costs for our patients that do not have insurance. Additionally, MedStream can perform ALL medical tests as well as xrays, CT Scans and MRI’s. Our partners mobile medical scanning equipment will arrive at your home. The patient walks a mere 50 feet to our mobile medical vehicles.

MedStream has also significantly reduced co-payments under $100.00 by as much as 90%. The other 10% is never charged at the time of your home visit; instead, our partners simply bill you for your co-pay.

MedStream earns its revenue from the channel's advertising revenue generated from its (MedStream) channel business partners. Initially, we will charge our partner companies a small fee for year one. Additionally, our primary revenue source will be from our pharmaceutical company advertisers. Those advertising charges by MedStream to our pharmaceutical companies are quite large and will be able to sustain MedStream over the long term.

The steps to get MedStream on Amazon Fire TV are to prepare our video infrastructure as follows:

First, We will set up a reliable video hosting and a Content Delivery Network (CDN) like Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Cloudflare to handle our media streams.

Next, we would build our Fire TV app using turn-key OTT (Over-The-Top) platform builders like “TvStartup” or “Vodlix” to design our channel interface, manage programming schedules, and generate the Fire TV app file without heavy coding. Then, we would register for our Amazon Developer Account by signing up on the official Amazon Developer Portal to manage submissions for Fire TV and tablet devices. Next, we would build and test our App Binary. Fire TV runs on Fire OS (which is Android based).

We must generate a signed APK or Android App-Bundle (AAP) file that supports Fire TV’s Leanback/UI framework. After that we must test our app on an actual Fire TV device using developer options (ADB debugging) before our final submission. Next, we will submit our App to the Amazon Appstore. In the developer console, click “Add New App” and select “Android” / Fire TV. We will upload our binary file ( .apk  or  .aab  ). Next, we would fill out the required metadata, including your network’s display title, descriptions, category, content ratings, high-resolution logos, and banner/icon graphics. Then, we would submit our app for Amazon’s certification review, which typically takes anywhere from 48 hours to a couple of weeks. Next, we will integrate our app into the Fire TV Live Guide (EPG). Once our app is approved and live in the Amazon Appstore, users can download it. Users can then sync our app into the native “Fire TV Live TV Channel Guide / EPG via the device’s Live TV > Settings > Sync Sources configuration. MedStream is currently under construction and our projected soft launch date, hopefully, will be in early January 2027.

Once MedStream is live on all of our streaming channel partners we will begin loading the hourly content with pharmaceutical ads from our pharmaceutical companies. Our pharmaceutical drug ads will fill all of the MedStream 24 hour programming schedule upon our initial launch. The pharmaceutical company drug ads will broadcast exclusively for the first few months until our medical condition content is acquired. Once acquired, our programming will shift to medical experts discussing medical conditions and how those medical conditions can be addressed. The main solution for all medical health maintenance conditions is pharmaceutical drugs.

At the bottom corner of each of our medical condition videos content we place a QR code. The scanned QR code directs all customers to our tele-health professional partner. The tele-health doctors will assess our patients medical condition and potentially prescribe the appropriate prescription through our partner Cost Plus Drugs (CPD). If CPD cannot provide the most appropriate prescription MedStream will request prescriptions from an alternate provider.

At this juncture MedStream will begin structuring a 24 hour programming schedule. Our schedule will consist of 40 minutes of content per hour with 20 minutes of advertising per hour. With 20 ads per hour equates to $50,000 per minute. Ads that run on other Amazon Streaming Channels the advertising cost is between $100,000 to $120,000 for one minute of advertising. Because MedStream is a new network, we adjusted our per minute advertising cost downward to $50,000.

We will offer our pharmaceutical partners the option to acquire an equity position in MedStream. MedStream is desirous of raising 10 million dollars for 20% of the companies (MedStream) “A” common voting member shares in MedStream. We would like to acquire 10 pharmaceutical companies, each investing one million dollars. As an additional incentive for our investors, MedStream will assign advertising credits equal to the investors investment amount. That means the first one million dollars in advertising cost is waived based on the one million dollar equity investment.

MedStream will make its money from advertising revenue. A high dollar per minute ad rate will produce big bucks per hour if we were to run 20 ads per hour. For a 24 hour network MedStream will generate more big bucks in gross sales per month. MedStream will generate mucho denero (in dollars) in gross sales per year. The monthly expenses of MedStream are only a fraction of our gross revenue.

MedStream’s ultimate goal is to change how people interact with their medical professionals. Currently, 91% of patients travel to their physicians and pharmacies, in person. MedStream wants to reduce or eliminate patient travel time completely! We want our customers to stay at home for their entire medical experience. By watching MedStream everyone can learn more about their medical condition. Then, by scanning the QR code can be transported to a tele-health professional. The on-line medical professional writes and submits your prescription. Then the prescription(s) are delivered to your door. If you need to visit with a medical professional, in many cases, Medicare and many other insurance carriers will cover in-home medical professional visits at a zero dollar co-pay. Therefore, in time, we at MedStream feel that we can improve the convenience factor for all medical condition transactions.

MedStream programming will evolve as we grow. We want to address the area of medical trials specific to the city you live in. Clinical trials that are needed for the ultimate approval process for all new drugs is a vital part of new drug R&D. MedStream will devote network time to address new trials available across the country. Additionally, MedStream is excited to introduce brand new drugs to the world as these drugs pass the approval process.

MedStream is owned and managed by Bruce Bonham. Please send an email to: bonham-bruce@yahoo.com if you have any questions or concerns about the MedStream streaming channel.
